Mail In Laptop Jack Service
If you are out of the Broward County, Florida area and require a DC jack replacement, Florida Laptop Jacks can help! Mail your laptop to our South Florida location and we will complete the repair for $129 FLAT FEE which includes return shipping and handling.
Here's how to do it:
1. Click on the links below to open and print our Laptop Repair Estimate and Laptop Repair Terms of Service Forms.
2. Read the Terms of Service thoroughly. If you have any questions, please call us at 1-800-864-9976.
3. Fill out he Repair Estimate Form completely. Be sure to sign and date it, and make a copy of it for your records.
4. Package your laptop and your laptop power supply securely and send it to our PACKAGE RECEIVING LOCATION, below. Be sure to use a carrier that provides insurance and package tracking options, and use those services!

5. Give us a heads up! Let us know your laptop is on the way so we can insert it into our daily work schedule PRIOR to receiving it. This will help expedite the service. Call us at 800-864-9976 or send an email to info@apluscomputerandlaptops.com. Tell us your name, the laptop brand / model number, carrier (USPS, UPS, FedX) and tracking number, if you have it.
If we find that the problem with the laptop is NOT the DC jack, or we find any additional repair issues beyond the DC jack replacement, we will advise you of the repair charges prior to doing any work. If you decide not to repair your laptop with us, we will repackage it and return it to you for a charge of $49 which covers our customary service fee and includes return shipping and handling.
