If you are local to Broward County, Florida and require a DC jack replacement or other laptop repairs, Florida Laptop Jacks can help! Bring your laptop to our Fort Lauderdale location and we will complete the repair for a $99 FLAT FEE. Here's how it works:
1. Bring your laptop and laptop power supply to our shop on Griffin Road just west of I-95 any time during regular business hours.

2. Florida Laptop Jacks technicians will perform a professional and thorough diagnostic procedure on your laptop. IMPORTANT NOTE: Our diagnostics cannot be completed on a "while you wait" basis. In order for us to do our job properly, please be prepared to leave your laptop at the shop.
3. If it is determined that the laptop jack needs to be replaced, we perform the following services for a FLAT FEE of $99. Turn around time is typically just 1 business day. We will:
NOTE: We STOCK laptop jacks for the most popular laptop brands. We DO NOT reuse jacks!
4. If it is determined that your laptop requires other repairs in addition to, or instead of, a laptop jack replacement, a Florida Laptop Jacks representative will provide an estimate and receive your go-ahead prior to completing any work. Per our estimate policy, repair estimates are FREE unless your computer or laptop is completely "dead" and will not power up. At that point it may require a higher level diagnostic procedure to determine the problem, and if that is the case, a $49 diagnostic fee will be charged for this service. Diagnostic fees are WAIVED for all customers who elect to have the recommended repair or service performed on their laptop by Florida Laptop Jacks.
